What to expect?
Prior to the interview, we will ask you to fill in an Online Personality Questionnaire. Please note that this questionnaire is simply a way for us to understand how you perceive yourself as a person. There are no right or wrong answers, so there's no need to stress about it. We value authenticity and encourage you to answer honestly according to your own perspective. For you, it is another opportunity to get a glimpse of the EPO working culture and atmosphere, standards and values, employee learning and career programs.
