We value authenticity and encourage you to answer honestly according to your own perspective. For you, it is another opportunity to get a glimpse of the EPO working culture and atmosphere, standards and values, employee learning and career programs.

The interview will be conducted by a Director responsible for the specific technical field and a Talent Acquisition Manager. The goal of the interview? The Selection Board wants to:

How to prepare?

We evaluate talent by considering their unique qualities and potential for growth. Our goal is to bring on board individuals from varied backgrounds, which is essential for delivering high quality work. We primarily seek versatile candidates with puzzle-solving abilities, and necessary knowledge and experience in their respective fields.

In the behavioural skills interview, we will invite you to discuss personal experiences that showcase your achievements and the obstacles you've overcome. These insights allow us to appreciate your capabilities beyond your resume, revealing the qualities that will enable you to excel at the EPO. We recommend preparing two personal stories that illustrate how you navigated complex situations, adapted to new environments, communicated in difficult situations. When discussing these during your interview, focus on the challenges you faced, the objectives you set, and the measures you implemented to effect change.
