Flexible working model at one of our attractive locations

When joining the EPO, relocation to the country of one of our duty stations (Munich, The Hague, Vienna or Berlin) is required. This means you need to reside in the country of your duty station (Germany, Austria or the Netherlands). You are not required to live in the city itself.

The EPO's New Ways of Working (NWoW) framework then guarantees all our employees, including Young Professionals, the flexibility to choose their preferred work location. You can combine working at the office with working from home in the country of your duty station, and you may also spend up to 60 days per year working from abroad in one of our member states. If you choose to work from home, the Office will provide you with high-end teleworking equipment. Our NWoW framework is regularly reviewed.
