Work remotely abroad or at one of our attractive locations

The EPO's new ways of working (NWoW) framework guarantees all our employees, including Young Professionals, the flexibility to choose their preferred work location. When you join us, you can choose to work from your home in the country of your duty station, abroad or at one of our attractive office locations – or a mix of all three! You can make as much or as little use of the flexibility options as you wish, provided you spend a minimum of 60 days a year working on your site of employment and a maximum of 60 days a year working from abroad in one of our member states. If you choose to work from home, the Office will make sure you are fully kitted out with high-end teleworking equipment. Our NWoW framework is regularly reviewed.
